NorCal Estate offers experienced and sensitive senior downsizing services in Redding, Red Bluff & Chico Areas.

We specialize in helping senior residents and the relatives in their transition during a move into smaller residence or retirement residence.

We assist in downsizing & can arrange for liquidation of unwanted property.

We work closely with conservators, family members, and clients to help during this transition. 

There are no up front fees. The fees are taken as proceeds from the sale of remaining personal contents.

We will do whatever is necessary to satisfy the needs of our clients, with grace and sensitivity to issues of age, family members, and their memories.
